  1. So earlier on today I was casually strolling through Valentine, on my way to the butcher's, when suddenly I was downed by a headshot out of nowhere. What greeted me when I came around was four different posse's, one of which was a seven man, all shooting at anything that moved. Naturally, this riled me a little, and four respawns later, I was beginning to get a scope of the Battlefield. What followed next was about an hour and a half of intense warfare, and I absolutely loved it. Not having to worry about shooting allies, I was like a man possessed, taking on droves of red dots, and actually holding my own. As time went on, people started leaving, until it was me Vs a three-man platoon, who could've easily defeated me had they only worked together. Time after time they at me,one after the other, until all but the leaderof the Posse had Parley'd me. We fought for about fifteen minutes after that, exchanging kills, until all of a sudden, the gunfire stopped. I received a message from said Posse leader congratulating meon how well I had done, and just as quickly as it started, it was all over. What could've been considered griefing, managed to be turned around to having tremendous fun. Don't get me wrong, I won't be looking to start anything like this again any time soon, but it made my Monday morning a wee bit brighter knowing that I hung in there when the odds were stacked against me.

  2. WILL DO. Both of you please friend me. I'm on the Mississippi Coast which is Central Time so let me know when you play! I'm retired and can be online anytime! I currently have a support ticket with Rockstar because I bought ten bucks worth of fishing worms and cannot buy anymore yet they do not show up in my wheel so all I can catch is perch and bluegill, etc 😑. I'm looking forward to riding with and becoming a Regulator. I don't have a headset and if you guys do I'm fine with that because I think it helps with tactics 🐎🐎🐎 Merry ChristmasπŸŽ„-- Dwight

  3. I have to agree that levelling is really slow online and I guess is the reward for committing to the game which I don't necessarily have a problem with..... BUT....what I do not agree with is the locking down of clothing, items, accessories, etc until you reach a certain level (Unless you buy gold of course)....in my opinion every player should be able to customize their own online character in order to play through the online world...that's part of the fun! If I want to look like Eastwood in his prime then dammit I should be able to right from the off!

  4. I've seen this a few times in online pvp....thought it was a re-spawn feature at first before I realized it didn't seem to happen for me. Surely Rockstar has to look at banning players who are using this exploit?

  6. OR you could actually engage players who are actually participating in PvP.

  7. Maybe as we gain age and even a little wisdom, these moments of impasse come to us more often. Ultimately RDR2 is just a game, the On-Line is imo 5% as well done as the story...... But when you look at the comments from so many on YouTube and so forth, one would imagine it was a cure for cancer, a formula which R* had burnt. Personally I look at the On-Line and wonder what I am supposed to gain from it? Presently the Story is a far better experience than the O/L ..... IMO Myself I play Xbox a great deal because of my own circumstances re health .... However I keep a perspective, it is a game, not a way to gain world peace ...... If someone gains a 100% completion then truly, well done indeed ...... But starvation will not be cured, conflicts will not cease. R* for whatever the reasons, seem to have created a bad situation..... snatching defeat from the jaws of victory

  8. Well, they could just express themselves by making collages. Else, I might have to express myself by smearing their brains over the wall and dancing on their headless corpse. Very artistic.

  9. Camp around the N or the E in New Hannover and save your game, head west toward the Dakota river on foot and creep around the rocks that surround the river banks. Woodpeckers, Robins, Cardinals, Sparrows, Bluejays, Songbirds, Oriolles and even the odd eagle or too will spawn randomly on the tops of them. I personally like following the river north as it seems to have more spawn points. Protip: Using your binoculars usually causes them to fly away (stupid mechanic imo) so just use a rifle scope or aim your bow to find out what bird it is.

  10. I sometimes kill people for a bit of fun but never follow and constantly kill. If you come back then I presume you want another dance!

  11. No idea. I imagine that if you don't want to grind, then gold (purchased with real cash) will be your, and R*, friend.
