I read and hear all these complaints about lack of content, payout, etc from RDRO. I can agree with this to a point, but where most people lose me is when they compare it to GTAO. GTAO has been out for 5 years. You can't fairly compare the two games. I think people have lost their memories of when GTAO first launched. While I agree, there were more missions when it first launched than are available in RDRO, it's not like they were overflowing. Also, lets not forget the payouts those missions had. They were just as bad as RDRO's before the economy patch. Hell, I couldn't tell you how many days were spent running nothing but Violent Ducts over and over and over and over and over because it was the only decent paying mission. As for content, lets not forget, it took 1.5 YEARS to get Heists added into GTAO. Heists were a talking point of R*'s from the beginning. I think people need to slow their roll and attention spans a bit for RDRO. Of course, I also think R* could be a little more forthcoming in both content area, as well as the information area. Just my 2 cents. That I got off that NPC I just shot in the face.

I would like to see some things added to really immerse us into the game in a roleplaying kind of way. Right now, I think the game is in a barebones form being in beta but I can see them adding a lot of things to really push that RPG aspect of the game.

Folks digging around in files found placeholders for properties numbered 1 through 10 with this format: This was back in October 2018. There were also similar placeholders for various types of wagons, etc. ....so, this could be a possible sign of things to come that they are planning.

....just glad items like explosive ammo are severely limited.

I think it's rediculous that I have a hundred dollars in hides on my horse cone into a town to sell them n get shot by some a hole n bam all my hides are gone and I'm out of that money maybe make it so we can have a friendly Lobby or something bcuz this is not fair spend two hours hunting n lose everything because someone wants to be a jerk n shoot you for nothing

Might depend on how far away you spawn from your horse. Maybe that's why some griefers kill my horse when I'm loaded with pelts.

I name mine after alcoholic drinks... When I played a guy it's Jose Cuervo, Horse is Tequila, when I play a girl it's Koko Lopez (A spin on the coco Lopez drink mix). Koko also means black foot, or dark in native American if I'm not mistaken. I tried to make them spanish/native American looking.

Well at the moment there isn't. But R* has picked up some nasty habbits from GTA O. At some point.. (Can't remember when). R* started to drip feed their content in GTA O in updates. Even tho their updates have all the content in game. Like the new Arena Wars update. Everything is in the update, it just locked so they can drip feed it. IMO R* isn't update RDO at the moment, so that players will jump onto GTA O and hopefully buy some cash cards. Im willing to bet right now, the next RD O will happen after shortly after last drip fed vehicle added to GTA O in the Arena Wars up date. Which is the RC car. When R* adds its next update.. They will no doubt drip feed some content. I bet R* does have a lot of content ready for RD O. They are just going to drip feed it all for the sake of drip feeding it. Then slow the updates when GTA O gets another update.

A building kit for single player? Log, Craftsman, Victorian, commercial style prefabs. Fences, plant material, road building, bridges etc. Fallout for pioneers. Marston gets a house, I want a house. Watering his garden doesnt benefit me. Integrate farm products into the economy. Raise my own pigs to sell to the butcher. Get me some farmer pants and let me whistle the Green Acres song while I scoop up cow sh!t.

Would love to see the ability to raise and sell cattle and sheep , catch wild horses to keep , and of course protect ! Lol also fishing ternys , wagon races , hidden caves to explore and possibly mine ? Just a couple from my wish list.

^ This !! Stop letting R* off the hook with this Beta crap. Beta testing is performed on a completed project to test its performance, RDRO is far from completed, It was released unfinished to appease investors. RDRO is much closer to the cash grab that GTAO became than the GTAO that released.

I am going to do this tonight. Thanks man. I been having so many issues when I am just trying to hunt. If I am not getting killed, I am getting trolled and it is annoying as hell. Like I have to always have a few friends online with me just to be able to hunt. They have to watch my back and vice versa.

I feel you dude. You will find people here who aren't like that online. I know exactly what you mean. I love the hunting aspect of the game and I am always getting screwed over by immature players who got nothing better to do. It can be rather annoying.

....so I guess there is no option to disable then. I know there is an option to vote kick and we've always tried to ready up as soon as possible but seems like a real crappy way to do it (e.g. kicking players). Thanks for the info though. I guess I'll submit this to R* as another feedback item.

Good call but he's asking about craftable ammo. Could be out of curiosity for defensive purposes and/or maybe hasn't attained the level yet, etc. I recall hearing that explosive ammo is limited to something around 10 rounds per weapon. Can't say the same for split ammo, etc.

On ps4 you have to push square to enable matchmaking. Simply have all posse members ready up ,if random gets in push left on thumb pad to view players , select random and vote to kick. All members must vote quickly. Hope this helps.

As of right now we don't know all of their plans. Like with GTAO, they had campaign dlcs and scrapped them to persue PvP options, they needed players to focus on Shark Cards and not on DLCs.

Hey bud we have found a way to have the server all to yourself. Simply start a teddy Brown mission and don't follow Harley up the trail. He will stay put untill you return to him. Freeing you up to hunt , fish . pick herbs , or whatever you fancy for as long as you like ! You need everyone on the same tactic thoe. Just have to be patient. There will be more added to the game. Rockstar wants this game to be a success and be a longterm earning platform. They will be able to do this through online and offline DLC.

You can't compare the two for the simple fact that RDRO is NOT a complete game. I see and hear it all the time. People are saying GTAO is "way better" but they are not giving the devs a chance to even finish the game. They opened it up rather than making us wait another 4 to 6 months. I think that was rather generous on their part.

If you're looking to start anew and play from start to finish as disreputable, now would be the time while online is still in its infancy. It'll probably be a few more weeks before we get any kind of substantial content update. If you're not in a rush to unlock everything online, there's no need to power level. That's why I just play a little here and there while theres nothing new, only 46 right now online.

More information on how to block someone follows also... Well, not wanting to leave anything to chance, I called US Sony myself 1-800-345-7669. I hadn't done it before because I figured I'd have a long wait time. Surprisingly, I did not. The person I spoke with said that once I block a person, we would no longer be able to see or communicate with one another. I then specifically mentioned Red Dead 2 Online lobbies and told her of the problems that some of us are having with griefers. I then specifically asked if I block someone, would that prevent us from being in the same game lobby. She said yes without missing a beat. That's the best thing I've heard about this situation so far, even counting information from Rockstar. About blocking--well, I have done it this way. Because I don't want to stop my gameplay once I get going, I take down the name of whomever has griefed me (you know, it appears in that picture after someone murders you). At the end of last night's session, where I only played quick roam missions, I had four names of players that had popped me when I was standing there, spawning in and out as I went from mission to mission. I had also gathered names of griefers from a few friends that I trust, so I was looking at a list of about 30 people. I had to be at a computer for a time this morning, so logged into my Playstation account on one of the browser windows. Across the top menu on-screen is the word Friends. Select that and it takes you to a search bar. I typed the person's name in. His info popped up. I selected it. There are a few options there but there is also a little box under their name with three periods/dots in it. I selected the box. The option to Block the person is there. Of course, with all of the people playing the game, this is only a small step. But, for me, it's more than what Rockstar is doing at this point and I feel a little better knowing it shouldn't be the same griefer killing me in multiple sessions. I'm still hoping for separate PvE and PvEvP servers.

In a persistent posse you will probably have to remove some offline posse members in order to add the other players because posse members retain their position in persistent posses even when they are offline. I don’t know of any other work around at the moment.

Since taxpayers are the prime supporters of financial help for people, they should have more of a say when it comes to where their money goes. The problem is, like with everything else, a few bad eggs will spoil the bunch. Everything has to be set up to keep the small numbers from taking advantage of the larger numbers in all scenarios but there are still loopholes and it is being abused. The immigration condition in the US is one example of this. As far as I am aware of, everyone is not facing racism. Even whites. It has become more of a problem now then it was just 10 years ago. Everyone is turning everything into skin color, moral views, and lifestyle preferences. It is all just too damn tiresome. I am sick of seeing people who speak out against the wrongdoings of others and yet do the "wrong" themselves.

My brother had to go through a long and pointless custody battle when my nephew was a baby. He too applied for some sort of financial aid. When he went in for the interview, they literally told him "you're the wrong color" and sent him on his way. When I was looking for small scholarship opportunities through the local community college, I found that there is something for EVERYONE, excluding white males. There is such a thing as "white privilege", but we are also held to a different standard.

If they get the medical system sorted out and make coming into the country easier and quicker, I don't think we would have nearly as many illegal immigrants. I am fine with immigrants, we have plenty of room and jobs despite what people think but there has to be a common understanding to abide by the laws of this country and to not take advantage of our government aid systems.

People are only against the wall because Trump is pushing for it. Obama, Bush, Hillary and Bill, they were all for putting a wall up but couldn't figure out the funding. The only reason the tide has shifted on it is that Trump wants it. I am not a fan of the man but people are acting really fn childish on both sides over it. I am talking specifically about the politicians not the identifying citizens in the general public. I expect MORE of the government. Not them acting like children.

Both were built on vast export power and control of other countries trade... But that has all withered and now they are left with the patriotic sentiment of power, but not the actual export/fiscal power. It is difficult to explain this highly complex subject, simply ..... For an economy to grow in a capitalist model, one must have immigration of poor people ... They in fact do not take jobs, they create work by their presence... They are willing to work longer and harder for less money than 'a local' because in their view, the money has more value. This creates new work....... It is somewhat strange that America, entirely built on immigration now wants a wall... well, the lower classes and less educated of course. There are many parallels to be drawn between the conditions both social and political of the US and the UK presently with European conditions of the 1920's ... The masses are swallowing the exact same propaganda for the self same reasons..... Economic demise, poverty and mostly fear of the unknown. Whilst businessmen say "Leave me alone so I may prosper' .... The working class/blue collar say "I must be given work" ... When there is no work to be had they look for someone or something to blame ... Immigrants are a very simple target but not the issue in any manner. But people like Trump and the Brexit mob, they pounce on this ignorance and they preach FEAR - GREED - HATE, just like the Fascists or National Socialists or Ultra Nationalists or indeed, Communists .... "Your life is awful because of those people... they are taking what is yours and laughing at you...." Then the masses work out the hate part on their own ... Now the clever part, because they fill in the hate, all of a sudden they think it was all their idea ... as Dr P Joseph Goebbels correctly identified "Propaganda works best when those who are being manipulated are confident they are acting on their own free will" Jobs did not leave the USA or UK because of cheap wages per se, they left because the wages of the masses in those countries were dropping in real terms...... In the UK for example, ordinary workers have not seen a rise in their real income since the early 1970's and I suspect the US is the same...... So to sell them goods, one has to make them cheaper... so one sends the work elsewhere ... Today in China they send much work to Myanmar, because China has become too expensive for many products to be made there for it's local economy. The capitalist wheel never stops turning. However it gets worse, much worse very soon ....... The real issue and the change from 20th century Europe is Ai and AGi ...... Ai, Artificial Intelligence and the more problematic, AGi .....Artificial General Intelligence. Ai means we program a robotic machine to do something and it follows those instructions to the letter ... Nothing more or less... If you tell it to paint the car pink, it paints the car pink until told to stop. Or pours coffee or flips burgers ........ Whilst AGI means a computer brain which says ... I think, therefore I am and it learns exponentionally by it;s own powers as a human child does.... but at billions of times the speed In tests so far the issues start when these AGi units talk to another, the fact there is another 'brain' tells them they are in existence, they have something to make comparison with. .... So quite soon while you might tell it paint cars pink, it might decide it prefers blue, or you have too many pink cars. The real upshot is this ... The turn of capitalism has created the loss of millions of manufacturing jobs in the USA & UK ... for them to be replaced by poorly paid service industry work .... But within 30 years there will be no service industry work either, because AGi and Ai will be doing it. Then one has to start to talk about a Universal Basic Income model, as is already happening in the halls of power ... Somehow people, the masses, they have to be sustained when there is simply no work for them...... We are returning to Rome and 'Bread and Circus', or maybe 'Rollerball' ...... But certainly free food and free entertainment. The fundamental issue with that, as my wife a Dr of Psychology will tell you, is the complete loss of hope. Who really buys lottery tickets? Plays bingo and other non-skilled gambling? Poorer people.... Whilst it is often millions and millions to one that they will win.... they still expend a relatively high % of their income on hope. That is what they are buying, hope. So when you have no job, no possibility of a job, when your life choices are very limited and almost totally dictated ... where is the hope? Just as these same people say 'I must be given work', then 'I must be given food and entertainment' they will soon say 'I must be given hope' It is a conundrum yet to be answered ... But the wall? That's just a smoke screen to stop the masses thinking.
