I think there should be strict limitations for immigrants to receive government aid.  Right now it's handed to them without any requirements, maybe a waiting period or something.  Here they finally started doing mandatory drug tests to qualify for aid, so that at least eliminated the junkies trying to play the system. 

I applied for gov. aid when i lost a job about 15 years ago or so, (granted this was a long time ago, but it hasn't changed much from what i've been told recently, at least here anyway) I went in with a buddy of mine that also lost his job from the same company.  Both of us a single parent with 1 kid, both of us made the exact same wage at that job, and i know from previous discussions he paid $80 less in rent than i did. 

I got denied any and all aid as i made $0.18 over the limit.  After our meetings (we rode there together) i was bitching about being 18 cents over the limit.  He looked at me and said wow, they checked your wages? they didn't even look at mine.  And he got all the government aid, food stamps, living assistance, child care assistance, etc.  The only difference between him and I is I am white, and he is from Ecuador.  they went over my paperwork with a fine tooth comb, but didn't hardly look at his.  I should have checked a different box on the form than white lol.

I think it's an "oh sh*t" movement.  I had this happen when i was hunting the panther this weekend, i had full health, heard hte growl, was looking around to find it and the screen did this shake, then i died with the panther nibbling my neck.

Hours, and then a few more hours.  And hundreds of deaths of the dealer and other players and anyone left in the Van Horn Saloon lol.  Was so frustrating, i'd get 3 hits have a 19 or 20 and the dealer would almost always beat me.  

I'd just play normal until i got 2 really low cards dealt to me, then hit until i had 3 hits and cuss and swear at hte dealer a lot when he beat me.  walk away and toss a stick of dynamite on the table then go back later and try it again.

I found bait is worthless for the panthers.  99% of the time a fox or coyote grabs it instead.  What i do is camp to the north of hte area, use cover scent, then crouch walk around the camp,  there's a panther spawn nearby that works for a 3 star panther damn near every time.   With cover scent and crouch they won't detect you right away, listen for their growl, then eagle eye the area until you see it.

You were right @Truth I found one near Wallace station, cover scent, crouch, 2 poison knives in the butt and he ran away.  I had to chase him down till he died from the poison.

Buy it back in Valetine's stables.  The DLC horses are the only ones that don't die true death.  Any other horse is permanently gone when dead.

welcome to online   I think you might lose money in story mode if killed by law/bounty hunters, but it's been a while since they were lucky enough to kill me so i don't recall for sure.

Selling wagon/coaches/etc. to the fence is a good way to get cash also, you get $25 to $50 for each one depending on style and condition.

you might be thinking of a different one.  The first map is found at Cairn Lake.  There's also a derailed train car in a canyon up near Cotarra springs that is quite fun to get to.  you get a gold bar, some jewelry and a nugget or 2.

have you done the Poisonous Trail treasure?  that will get you 4 gold bars and other loot fairly quickly. 

I've not heard of any big cash like that other than the gold exploit.  If you're on Xbox it's not worth it, you only get 2 bars.  I've read PS4 players have gotten 30 or more bars,  that would ruin the game for me, i like being poor and having to earn cash to pay off bounties and such.  I did the exploit just to see and only got 2 bars, then had to restore a previous save and went back and just took the 1 bar.  

I'm playing the red hat though, so killing and looting, robbing, hunting, treasures, and missions has kept my coin pouch right around 3k since chapter 2, was much easier after getting the legend of the east satchel.
