2 ways to rob a store, just did this to confirm. Target the shopkeeper, tap Y (triangle), or tap LB (L1) to draw your weapon, then aim at the shopkeeper and tap Y. Just did both of these and robbed the store and the gunsmith in Valentine.

Tapping left should pull up your tasks, holding it opens your journal.
Tapping down will show your cores, the time, the temp, your location, etc.
Holding up gives you mini map options.
Holding right opens your satchel.
You should be able to use the d pad to navigate your console menus, give that a try to see if it might be the controller. If you can, try another controller as well.
Holding Dpad down gives you the mini-map options, tapping down shows the time of day, temp, money etc.
tapping up whistles for the horse, or raises your gun in the air if you're aiming (for warning shots etc.). Holding D pad up does nothing.

agreed. I play the game 99% of the time using headphones, have no audio issues at all until my batteries start to die in the controller. Definitely a local issue, upgrade your headphones, get new batteries.

same, was just an idea to get this needless achievement. I have never gotten 100% in any game, that's too much work, and work is never fun.

Not sure. I think i did a train robbery after the latest patch, but it might have been before. I'll try it tonight and see. I still need the stupid bracelets for the Fence trinkets.
Did you get accused of a crime? that will stop the train and it won't move anymore, you have to go a ways away and camp for the night to let things despawn/respawn.

Agreed, i would have enjoyed Faro much more than dominos, but then you gotta consider the audience here. I'd bet 95% have never heard of Faro, maybe more. Poker is much more widely known, and replaced Faro around the turn 19th century, and probably why they didn't use it.

Totally accurate. Maybe it will get better with split servers and less griefing. I spent an hour, maybe a little more, this weekend giving online another shot. Totally wasted an hour + of game time i could have been enjoying story mode.
I thought the story line was just as good as RDR, maybe better but that's a tough call. I love them both. More content in RDR2, more stranger missions and interactions with people. Same challenges (meaning sharpshooter, bandit, etc. not same challenges in those challenges).
I think some here had the wrong impression when the game came out. It's a prequel to RDR, so yeah it has the same game play and whatnot, you can't go totally different for a prequel.

yep, stand just on the edge rail, the wooden rail not the train track rail, right in the middle of the river. Cast out about half way towards the lake, caught him on my first cast, had one train go passed. I had to inch forward at an angle to get on that rail, i kept stepping off the edge into the river walking straight at it.

You don't use your weapon wheel to rob. You target the person/shopkeeper and press the button indicated in the tooltips in the bottom right corner. Not at my console now but i believe you have to target, then aim, at the shopkeepers.

you don't use the wheel to rob the store. target the vendor and tap the button shown in the tool tip, then tap the button to rob them. Look at your tooltips in hte lower right corner.

anything that affects your health core/ring (negative or positive) is considered a health item, so is dying or restarting as they modify your health.

Do you mean Eagle Eye? Dead Eye is the short timer that slows down time when you're aiming/shooting.

He's right, Wide setting will pull your target dot to the closest target from farther away than Narrow. I prefer Narrow myself.

I've heard clearing your cache can fix this. I've done this mission twice after restoring a previous save, had no issues with it. I did it in all in chapter 2 though, so maybe that has something to do with it?
To clear the game cache on xbox

exit the game using the home button
- Hit the home button
- move down to RDR2
- hit the start button (right button of the start/select buttons)
- move down to exit and hit A
- Shut down the console by holding the power button in, Wait 30 seconds and power on the console.
PS4
- Exit the game (if it's running)
- Start the game
- After the initial RDR2 splash page (when the screen goes black) hold down the R1/L1 buttons until the brightness and screen size adjustment options appear.

My Xbox One X is NOT on power saving mode so the system never really turns off. I guess turning off the system in this mode actually puts it in a kind of sleep mode (?) <- My best guess. You have to hard restart the system by holding down the power button on the console for about 5 seconds or until it turns off completely and the system will fully shut off and the frame rate goes back to normal upon restart. I guess the update triggered lag or something.
Hopefully this helps anyone else in my position.

Are you exiting the game when you're done playing from the game management menu? or just shutting down the console from holding the home button? If you exit the game each time you're done playing for an extended period you shouldn't need to hard reboot the system. I'll do the soft shutdown from the home button if i'm going to cook dinner, or run to the store, or something that will only take a short while. I always exit the game from the menu when i'm done playing for the night, or if i couldn't sleep and played a bit before going to work, etc.

For that one, I found a group of people (probably some gang's camp) and snuck up on them. Line up the headshot, then throw. As soon as it's in the air, line up the next throw (auto aim is a blessing here) and go into dead eye. Throw and repeat for #3.
I expected this one to be difficult, but I actually got it on my first attempt.
I'll have to try that. I was trying it in valentine above the sherrif office where the stairs go up, hide there around the corner and they send 3 lawmen at a time. Could kill all 3 but never triggered the challenge so i must have missed the timer. Did you use poisoned blades or enhanced?

What's the trick?
I can kill 3 fairly easy, but never under the time limit. Deadeye can only throw one at a time. I must really suck with this weapon lol.

There are more than this forum out in the Cyber world. So we have 5 here that see an issue, that's a write off until these thousands in your general rule start complaining. Something local, setting, connection, configuration, etc.
And if there were thousands you sure as hell would see more than 5 complaints. Google it, there's nothing out there, no mention on the review sites, the other forums, etc.
Guess we'll wait and see if we get a 45 page thread and top review sites posting about this later. Took an hour, if that, after the patch for the sites to say it didn't fix the PS4 blur. You'd think they'd have something if it was an issue 48ish hours later.

Didn't see any notes on this one and I just checked earlier today. 1.32 gb on my Xbox one s.
Only patch notes I can find are

It's not BS, if you'd pay attention and check things out before hand you'd see there's numerous postings online about the extra content (treasure map, etc.) pre-order deadline. IGN has it mistakenly posted as July 31st, It's on Rockstar's Newswire as August 15th.
