Again for those who don’t wanna read the whole thread, best picture with much less blur is:

-turn boost mode off (on ps4 pro, System>settings)

-Turn HDR off

-Turn Camera follow to off or low

So i have to say: i turned boost mode off and camera level to low or off and I’m pretty sure it helped. That’s all with HDR off. 

So they still have to fix the fake HDR
