Maybe it should expend half the stamina bar each dive and then half the accuracy for a short time which would be a little more realistic?
Ahhhh I have the perfect ammo for that nonsense EXPLOSIVE EXPRESS ROUNDS! Had a griefer who attacked me yesterday. Thanks to my "never without one" tier 3 ability card the head shot just blew my hat off. I spun round BLAM! Roared my bolt action rifle, one shot, griefer dead. Griefer tried again, this time diving around like a professional soccer player trying to milk a penalty. BOOM! Roared my bolt action once more. Griefer dead. Then I chased this idiot and laughed watching him diving this way and that before I killed him again.

Ditto for the postcard scenery. Agree with the mechanics of the game as well. Voice acting brilliant, dialogue mostly good. Narrative formulaic. No unexpected twists. Gameplay too linear. Had to play the game, Rockstar's way. Which at times became tedious. "ride here, do this, shoot those guys, escape."

You can also just go fishing at Quaker's Cove near Blackwater or up at O'Creaghs Run by Hamish's hut. At QC you get steelhead trout and sockeye salmon at OCR. They are $2.50 each. The max is 10 fish you can carry. At these locations you can also catch rock bass, smallmouth bass, perch, bluegill and both types of pickerels. 10 of each will net you in total about $65. The cool thing about this method is if a player shoots you. You will keep the fish you have caught and lose nothing. I find hunting too limiting and of course don't do it, for the reasons you have outlined above.

Sounds like hokum to me. I have done nearly 50 gang hideouts solo, and have only found six treasure maps. No nuggets or pamphlets. Those pamphlets cost an arm and a leg to buy, they are not cheap. I'm grinding now to make a 1000 bucks to buy the explosive express rounds pamphlet. It makes no sense at all, to start giving these away for free, as loot in clearing gang hideouts or ambushes.

I will watch with interest. The flaw, the bow has, is it's range. Against the Varmint or any rifle with range, it is basically a no contest.

Did you saved it to your Horse's gear. Sorry haven't played the story mode for a while. So forgotten what it's called. But you need to wear it at your tent at camp and then save it then you can equip it anytime.

Now that RDO will remain in BETA phase for several months now. Is it wise to be spending real cash on gold bars, now and in the immediate future. After all If Rock Star, are going to add new content etc. Then it is fair to surmise, that some of the in game content could be rendered useless or pointless in the future. Like certain breeds of horses. Or our overpriced redundant camps. Or gunbelts and off holsters. Seems like a gamble to me. I confess I spent 30 dollars New Zealand to get 42 gold for that black Arabian. Not sure now. Bloody thing bucks and runs everytime it senses a snake, wolf pack or cougar.
What do other players think about this announcement . -

It can occur when you try to exploit a glitch. But I have also seen it as an in game glitch as well.

Lol that was my goal then I saw I could have my fav horse a Turkaman at 58 then the Gold Turkaman at 60. Then it was the black Arabian at 70.

They are rare. I have soloed 36 gang hideouts and only found four treasure maps.

Actually when RS released the Gun Rush mode. They wrote that the beta will go on for months! As they continue to add content. So that would suggest that our progress will not be taken a way from us.

Yes. Don't know if it is deliberate by RS or a bug. The other annoying thing is when players leave and you are forced back to menu to start the mission again. When this happens you are penalised and get less cash and exp when the mission is completed.

The one I hate is the player who goes past then turns and shoots you in the back. My attitude now is..... every player who is within 100 yards of me is a threat.
