Yeah, couldn't miss that eh? 😄
What prompted me to post this reminder about the report feature was Kormath's post about a spammer today who submitted a reply two days ago and then came back and added links via an edit. I saw Kormath's reply, what occurred and then took care of it. ...thanks @Kormath.

You never know. I don't see why not although I'm sure it will cost. It would be a good way for them to make some extra money for those who would rather pay gold instead of grinding for the in-game cash.

Hi Fatal and welcome to the forums.
I would strongly suggest you submit a trouble ticket through R* Support if you haven't done so already. Here is the link:

Hi All,
I'd like to remind folks to please report any posts you believe are a violation of forums rules. That includes spam and questionable links to other sites.
We do our best to browse these forums but we can't catch everything. We would greatly appreciate any help you folks could provide by using that report button when you see suspect activity be it a troll, spammer, inappropriate posts, etc.
Thanks

What Kormath said.....
In addition, I don't know why some are so quick to believe what they read on Reddit, etc. from unknown or unverified sources. It's like Facebook. .....people believe everything that gets posted on there and share it without thinking twice. No one ever thinks to verify the source and a lot of that crap turns out to be a troll, a scam, etc. They see someone say "make sure to share this" and they do. .....reminds me of the old chain letters in emails that were a big fad for a while.
.....no offense intended to the OP.

I'll wager it's the same as the ambushes throughout the game world. Those are in the same places as well but then again, it makes sense to me that they would be from a programming perspective.
They are still random in the sense that they don't always spawn. I'll wager the more of these events that are added and perhaps locations, the more spontaneous they might feel.

I spent all day doing a full re-initializing of my system installing software and downloading and installing rdr2 and started up RDO, within 2 minutes had the crash. What the hell is going on
I did too and whether that what was what fixed it, the transfer of the game onto my new external SSD, a glitch that worked itself out or something R* did while trying to address the other strange things that have been happening in sessions lately, I have no idea.
I did mention the oddities with dead animals, etc. while they were discussing my blue screen crash with me and i was told that they were aware of those issues and have apparently fixed them. As for the error code, still no answer but then again, I don't seem to be having the issue anymore.
I'd urge you to open a trouble ticket if you haven't already.
-
There is no "fix" that I know of for these errors. This is a R* error code that folks had struggled with off and on since the beta was launched. While most have been resolved, some still encounter it.
My only suggestion is that you contact R* Support as I mentioned to Sandro earlier and go from there.

Please don't multi post. I will close this and let your other post in the thread titled "Error 0x50000006" stand.
Also, please keep in mind that nearly all users here communicate in English. Translating your posts prior to submitting them would go a long way to getting your questions noticed by more people and hopefully answered.

So no one was surprised by the trainwreck this game started out to be. They was shocked that Rockstar stated they didn't just didn't want it to be that way and then made it to be exactly that way. They are showing signs of improvement, yet has focused far more on PvP then they have PvE.
.......funny how perceptions can be vastly different.

Ever since this update and removal of Beta I have been grief'd nonstop 😓 It's just really, really, getting to me *sigh*
I was Matchmaking to a Poker game and some stupid, pre-pubescent, shrilly kid started punching me --I couldn't do anything about it because I was loading into a game. Really ****ing annoying </rant>
Report this kind of stuff to R*. Ask support if this is how its supposed to work and if not, they need to fix it. You may need to also submit it as feedback as a suggestion.
Personally, I haven't been griefed once since the last TU and rarely see another player although there seems to always be 20+ people in my sessions.
.....but then again, I always choose a spawn point away from my destination as the game tends to clump people together.

Welcome to the forums Abba. I think you'll like it here. Folks here are pretty friendly, welcoming and helpful. ....and if you ever have a problem (not that I expect you will), let the moderation team know.

First of all thank you Mr. Kean_1 for editing my sloppy post. Many kind souls in internet!
I have tried what Rockstar helping team advised me to do (see above) with such confidence, and it does no change.
I feel kinda stupid that I somewhat believe that they could be right.
I am sure it is not my console problem (i recently purchased it and without issue with other games)
and I am sure that it is not a network problem (i am currently in korea, not the bad one, the land of super fast internet)
After writing this post, I am going to report the result as the rockstar guy indirectly asked me to do (i omitted the last part of the chat)
If I don't, I'm afraid that it would make them think that their solution actually works for at least few people (and raises that level of ego and confidence),
and I agree that more people reporting should help resolving this issue.
No problem regarding the edit.
As far as the troubleshooting steps, it's all part of the process when addressing issues that are not recognized as being "known" problems. If you were describing an issue to them that they know about and have been told their devs are addressing, you would likely get a response along those lines. This is why I tell people to keep reporting glitches / bugs so R* knows they are not isolated instances.
btw, I played RDO for the first time since I initialized and reinstalled the system software back on my PS4 last Friday. I played for about 1 hour and 45 minutes with encountering this blue-screen error. My problem may be behind me now. What exactly fixed it in my case, we may never know.

Nice - you can buy stuff from the catalogue while offline from the game.
Cool. I gotta check this out.

IIRC, it was golden double action gun that you were awarded from GTAO if you participated in the treasure hunt. ....so yeah, from what I recall it was just a fancy double action that was essentially the same as the regular one in the game. Either way, there are better side arms to choose from IMO.

So, here's an interesting thing to note... I got the same schpeel from Rockstar advising me to initialize my PS4 including reinstalling system software. Yeah, no thanks. BUT, I totally forgot my setup is probably vastly different from everyone else's. I play the digital copy which is actually installed and running off of my external hard drive, NOT my internal HDD.
Never mind the constant crashing, since yesterday evening I can't get any missions or stranger missions to work either so I'm stuck just riding around until my next crash lol. Yes I reported that too.
I bought a Samsung Evo SSD external drive a couple days ago and moved all of my games to it before initializing and reinstalling the system software.
I have yet to play RDO since. I will try today.
I fixed the save file in Minecraft that gave my son the same code. It was occurring every time he went through a portal so I destroyed the portal, built a new one and it now works.
I just have to see if RDO works without a crash now.

May be an issue as others have been reporting similar problems along with other strange events that have occuring the past couple of days.
I would suggest reporting any issues you may be having to R* Support here:

I haven't been on the past couple of days but several others have been reporting similar issues. It's not just you.

My suggestion is to submit a trouble ticket with R* Support here:
The more people that report these issues the better the chances are of having them addressed.

Google search "Red dead duplication glitch". Game's probably gonna stay very broke until R* kill all the cheating scumbags out there (my preference) or get their interweb spanners out. No point playing yesterday, what with lifeless lobbies, multiple DC's etc.
p.s. Don't listen to the bs spouted by R* "support" that implies that any and all problems suffered are entirely at your technical end and require you to reboot, reinitialise or otherwise fuss with stuff that worked just fine up til just now thanks very and will make no difference to anything whatsoever afterwards.
Been there, done all that with GTA5 at various points in history R*. Not falling for any of it ever again. Sort ur shizzle R*. Mine's fine.
Several folks are reporting issues in RDO over the last couple days. My suggestions is to submit a trouble ticket with R* Support here:
The more people that report these issues the better the chances are of having them addressed vs. dismissed.

Again, I would remind folks to please report this and any issues they are having to R* Support. For every one person who does report an issue, I'll wager there are dozens that don't.
The best way to draw attention to these problems is to report them to R* directly via their Support page as linked in previous response(s)

Well, according to R* Support, the issue is already resolved.
