I would be getting digital wherever I lived I think. Although I like the experience of opening a new game and having something to look at, within a few days the disk and box and everything inside it just becomes a pointless ornament, never to be looked at again until it comes time to sell it for $0.50.

Here's my problem with that: PS4 breaks, now what? All your downloads are gone?

I’d love to pre-order through Amazon, being as I’ve saved birthday and Fathers Day gift cards for the purchase. But they don’t have a digital copy yet?? That worries me. Anyone know what that’s about?

yikes, i mean physical. They don't have a physical copy yet, only digital.

I am talking about just for your character. Things like facial features, hair, skin color, eye color, and so on.

So you want it to be as complex as, say, the Sims 4 where you can tweak every little detail down to a dimple or do you prefer something more easy and low maintenance in terms of a character creator. Should height and weight be factored in here? Maybe allowing you to choose realistic heights for men and women as well as allowing your character be very thin/lean or even overweight?

I like the idea of changing the build- height and weight. Not everyone in the world is average height, athletic and attractive. But as far as dimples and such, I, myself wouldn’t utilize that feature. Give me hair color, options for beards and some basic facial features and I’m happy.

Well now, this is something I kind of like. It adds a nice sense of realism to the game. I am hoping this is true. I really wanna see online be true to the old west as possible.

Again, if it’s all true- I love the idea of having to go hunting for the whereabouts of a bounty. Heading into town reading a poster and having to question NPCs, get a last known location and then start the search. Could take an hour to actually find them, and then the climactic conclusion.

In GTA, you get a bounty and everyone knows  it in 2 seconds. You're easily spotted on the map and soon everyone’s after you.

I would've thought that if it did happen something would have come out that day or at the latest the day after. So far... nada.

Could be that they signed an NDA that could be lifted after a couple weeks or a month. I don’t know.

  6. I tend to focus heavily on the story. It’s hard for me not to. If one mission ends with them saying “holy shit! We need you to go talk to so and so right away and save Jane Doe from whatever!” , I can’t go riding around the map for days on end instead and hunt or do some stranger missions. I’m captivated. I need to see that story through. Then I run around and explore.  Depends I guess if there’s something pressing that needs doing.

Even if this did actually happen, so what? It isn't like I was invited. I would know nothing from this or of it having not been there nor will anyone else.

Maybe the idea is that the press that viewed it will write reactions to it? Press report. Much like those invited to see the demo in May.

I don't get this. Why would they bother? I figured if they were going to show there, it would be to showcase the game to gain interests and get people excited. To do a closed curtain event for "certain people" just doesn't sound like something they would do. When they show anything, they like showing it well off.

T2 showed up to E3 and showcased no games -Just a relaxing environment. Rockstar famously doesn’t bother with gaming events and invited a select group of press to view the 45 minute demo in May. The lord works in mysterious ways.

I think this sounds exactly like something they’d do. They don’t share the spotlight. E3 would have been an opportunity to have a lot of press all in one place. And then have them write their reactions in a few weeks.

Rockstar’s last title is the most profitable piece of entertainment in history, I don’t think they’re worried about they’re next one getting enough interest.

Ready for a gameplay trailer? Sounds like it could be coming soon. Rumor has it, Rockstar actually attended E3 in secret and showed some gameplay to a select group of press. Very hush hush in a conference room. Sources are easily found online.  We could have a trailer or some reactions from press by the end of June or early July. Your thoughts?
