🤷♂️ I have no control over that. The reality of the situation is that Sony has the better exclusives, therefore I chose their system.
I know, I'm just saying.

Oh, wow, now he's blanked his posts and changed the thread's title to "Disregard."
Now I know this was all a wild goose chase.

Any posts after that line are new as of the last time you visited the thread. For example, I see a red line just above your post.
Oh, okay. That's really useful, actually.

Off topic question. What's with that red line between mine and Voctor's posts? 🤨

Not to mention that PS4 had an arguably better lineup of exclusives.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, console exclusive games are an outdated concept that needs to be done away with. There's no legitimate reason that Xbox owners can't play Days Gone and PS4 owners can't play Halo. And Sony and Microsoft owning the studios that make them isn't a legitimate reason.

Interesting. I almost could have guessed that might be the case. So, like I said I am not sure what precurses what here and what the triggers are. It is going to sound crazy but the more you seek patterns in imagery, the more of that imagery you will see. It is a sort of fractalization that generates gameplay. So, instead of just using fractals for creating textures (which they definitely do, and create some amazing subliminal imagery in doing so) they also use it for sounds, random encounters, and such like that. Therefore, my guess as to why it did not work for either of you, could be that you have already finished the main game... I did this while my gang was still in Horeshoe Overlook. But, I'm thinking it might actually be because you guys don't have the subliminal images "amplified," by paying attention to them. Again, I know it sounds crazy and what makes it worse... the video I took of those images at the best angles I could while I saw them do not portray what I saw, the images are so loose... but it manifests itself in other ways too. There are a few different styles of music they play if you are heading in the right direction that I doubt any of you have heard AND the other interestting thing, is that when you see an image of a crow or are following one of the symbols for a horse let's say... you then hear that animal and the animal will manifest.
The time thing btw I can prove because it's easy enough to have a video recording the time not changing while playing.Nothing worked for me because I haven't tried anything. lol I think this is all a wild goose chase, just like Bigfoot and aliens in GTA San Andreas, and you're proving me right with your apparent inclination to not actually tell us what this secret is.

Well, honestly I can't say whether anything happens in online version. I imaging not based on what actually happens when you do that. This is on single player. (No Marauders there at least :-))
Why don't you just tell us what this alleged secret is?

I would like to see the story of Landon Ricketts. We could track him from his days in the Civil War, to when he became a reformed legendary gunman, to him riding off into the sunset after his gunslinger days took him to the edge.
This was what I originally wanted RDR2 to be.

I started with RDR1. Was initially just going to buy Undead Nightmare by itself, but the GOTY edition was only, like, $2 more. Seemed like an insignificant difference for what was essentially a whole second game.

I think I know what thread you're talking about. I hope they got the same time out at least because I'd I remember correctly, he said a couple other things at an entire segment of the community.
I'm firmly in the camp of passing on this one. I've been playing quite a few hours of it and for me, the gunplay, tactics, lethality, etc. are what matter most in that kind of game and while some elements are there and even improved, there are others I just cant look past which really bother me
I wouldn't count on it. He was defending the game. Hilariously, he sent me a friend request at some point afterward. 🤣 But I'm not too bothered by it. I doubt any of my suggestions will be acted on anyway. And they're just basic ones such as lifting attachment restrictions and more customization options at the beginning of the game. Like, seriously, why is MultiCam not available when Nomad starts out wearing MultiCam pants? It's also unfortunate that faces and tattoos (minus the copyrighted Predator stuff) from GRW didn't return so we could have some semblance of continuity.
The gunplay is fine to me. Bullet drop seems to be much improved (though I admittedly haven't been doing a lot of long range sniping). It won't be a day one purchase, but maybe down the line.
I also noticed there's a plate carrier that was in the OTT which is missing from the beta.

You know, I might end up getting Ghost Recon Breakpoint after all. One thing I enjoy most about open world games is the exploration aspect and, I gotta say, for all the faults we've seen so far (and there are a lot of them), I've been having a lot of fun just exploring Auroa. The mission where you have to discover the fate of an Airman named Cal was actually quite engaging with its Cold War intrigue. Honestly, if I completely ignore the fact that it's supposed to be a Ghost Recon game, I find that ... I actually enjoy it. 😲
Just felt like saying that here since Kean is in the closed beta, too, has expressed much of the same dissatisfaction about it as me, and I'm banned from the Ubisoft forums for two weeks. But, hey, someone tells me to STFU, I tell them to suck on a donkey's member. That's just how I am. 😆

lol I'm a bit of a sucker but I know I'm going to have to try this this evening. Guess I might be joining a queue!
Let us know if there's actually anything to this.

Yeah, sorry, but any time someone tells of some ultimate hidden secret but doesn't want to actually reveal anything, it's rarely anything more than a wild goose chase.

GTA6 isn't likely coming any time soon. I wouldn't bother earmarking money for it right now.

RDR3 won't be set in modern day (that's GTA's department) and it most definitely won't come in a measly four years.

I think the majority of us are all adults. I'm 35 and Keane is in his 40s, IIRC. As long as you still intend to engage with the community here, I'm not bothered. If your sole reason for joining is to promote your YouTube channel ... well, I don't quite look too highly on people like that.

This may get ugly.

I was passing through Bayou Nwa eariler when I happened upon one of those ivy walls or whatever you would call them (basically, they look like walls if they were completely overgrown with vegetation) when all of a sudden this brilliant red light started shining out from behind one of those ivy walls connecting two trees. It couldn't have been the sun because it was after 2 AM game time and the light was definitely coming from the ground behind said wall. I don't think it was a lighting glitch because just as the light appeared, ominous music started playing. When I went to investigate the light, it promptly disappeared and the ominous music stopped. Along the main road on the small peninsula touching the "Y" in "Lemoyne" on the map is where this happened. Unfortunately, I didn't have the wherewithal to get a screengrab of it.
Has anyone seen anything that resembles what I'm describing? I skimmed through my guide and of all the creepy things in the swamp listed in it, there was nothing like it. I've also done a search online and found nothing. I'm beating myself up right now for not getting a screengrab because I feel like I might have actually been the first person to discover something in the game.
On a side note, I really need to stay out of Bayou Nwa at night... 😨

They do look oddly similar.
