No it’s not.

I’ve been trying to find a run around, I’m about to try doing the other missions before that specific one. Maybe that’ll somehow fix it.

Guys, I have encountered a problem if anyone has played into the game yet.

My game keeps crashing right as i start “Paying a Social Call” mission. I get right to where I cross the train tracks and the game crashes. 

Ive restarted my PS4, downloaded all updates to my game and system, and it keeps happening. Didn’t know if anyone else had this issue.
