My advise is that you check with your credit card company so you can avoid any problem.
All went through fine for me and my CC is a UK one.

Some great little bits in this. I skipped the first part where they are talking about the mission as I don't want spoilers.
Big take away - you can (apparently) blow limbs off with a shotgun.

As long as there are ways to make cash without having 3 other people play. That was the main failing for me for the heists - you have to sit for an hour waiting for 3 more players to connect, then when they do, one just quits within 5 minutes of playing. There aren't enough souls in my timezone for this to be a good option so having ways to make money on my own, for me, is a must.
