Yeah I still have a Big Daddy from the original Bioshock and it's a thing of beauty. Maybe a USB stick gun or something similar would be nice (I also have the dog-tag USB drive included with the SC2 CE and even though it's tiny it at least included the original game...even if it is free now anyway).

Not sure they would do a USB gun just because #kidsruineverything

But yeah my friend has the Big Daddy too. I didn't even play Bioshock but that thing is slick. One of the better things I have seen come with a limited/collectors edition for games.

I always had a weak spot for a bad guy turned good so naturally got invested quite easily.

I have to say that I am normally not the type to like the "hero" in a game but rather enjoy playing the bad guy to a certain extent but John has a place in my heart...

  3. That is the thing. Even if they DID make a solid death-match back then, still some people would be complaining. I don't care what people say because the majority of us had a lot of fun with it at the time. I am all for them being in the game again.

  4. Assuming the online mode of RDR2 is solid... Is it enough to keep you hooked on playing for many months (even a few years) after completing the story? I know when I finished the story on the first one I found myself get bored of the online pretty fast. I mean I love the game and have played through it a second time but I lose interest soon as the story is done. Both times it happened.

  5. Anyone on here vape?

I have a friend who started this a few months back and quick smoking entirely thanks to it. I have some family who say they want to quit but more and more years go by. I feel like vaping can be good for people looking to quit smoking but it seems a bit odd to start vaping just to vape. I mean it almost seems like you are doing it to be cool and hip if you are not a smoker or an ex-smoker. Maybe I am just being a hipster myself. lol

  6. Ehh. I would have to see it. Wasn't a huge fan of the first one. I played maybe 20 minutes of it and lost interest.

Also not to point out the crazies online... but I think the title happening now might get some SJWs in a frenzy! haha

    SAAAME. LOL!!!

I don;t work out. I do try to stay active though. Like moving and what not. Most of the time I fail. I am basically a vegetable these days when I am not working lol

  8. This is something that I would like to see but highly doubt will happen. That is too complex for an online option. Don't forget the game itself is selling for the same price as all the other games out there so they wouldn't give us THAT much online.

Question is what would you want from a collectors edition to make it worth buying?

I'd love a decent set of dice, some playing cards and printed rules of their mini-games like liars dice, poker, etc. all themed accordingly. A nice printed map would also be welcomed (i.e. none of these crappy digital bonuses that almost never justify the cost of the game).

Having that would make it worth it. I wouldn't mind getting a poster and a figure even. Maybe have a few options in the figures as well.

Of course there will be. They usually come out a few months after the release don't they??

Then again they seem to come out the same date these days... I guess they will likely announce it when we are within 3 months of the game being released.

It depends on the game. If they want to milk it out they may hold off on the collectors editions till closer to Christmas assuming that they still have the game release int he fall of this year.

Same here. The dude was such a cool character. I know a lot of people hated him being "morally just" but I found it refreshing for a Rockstar game. It is the reason LA Noire stuck out to me so much.

Yeah same here for the most part. I like playing as a somewhat evil character but John worked so well for the times. You can tell he had a dirty past without even being heavily invested in the story but his turn-around was nice.

Why though? I mean they are just basic trolls on Youtube. You must not see a lot of the other crap on there. I feel like these guys are a dime a dozen and when their 10 minutes of internet fame is up no one will remember them.

It is because these types of people are taking advantage of kids and that ain't cool in my book either. Yeah you can search it but think about a kid who is 12 and just looking to be the "cool one" at school having the game first.

I don't know. Kids likely shouldn't even be playing these games to begin with but that still don't make it right.

Yeah man I liked these too. A lot of people I know did. A few thought they sucked because there was nothing going on but I preferred it over GTA V's.

I don't get what all the hate was either. It seems like a small group just liked crapping on it and it made it feel like more people hated it than not.

I would say that co-op missions like robbing a train or holding a bank should be givens in Red Dead Online. They would be very cool I think and I think because the lack of cars will mean there is less car chases (obviously) and you can't really have long "horse chases" maybe the shooting aspect of the game will be buffed up majorly from that in GTA.

I am very much liking this take on the idea. I mean robbing trains and banks in groups like true gangs of the old wild west would be fantastic!

  15. I don't have a problem with people buying upgrades but I feel like it should still have a limit on it. Make people play the game for so many hours because they are given the freedom to have power over everyone else. Buying crap outright ain't fair to anyone not looking to throw more money at a game.

I've never used the ROckstar Editor in GTA V but the movies and race tracks etc that everyone makes with it are AMAZING. I feel like the Editor is a bit more suited to GTA V in this regard. I am sure I will be proven wrong but I just don't think there is as much cool stuff people could do with the RE in RDR2.

This. I don't see how it would work as well on RDR2 as it did on GTA V. I know there are options when you have sandbox features but still.

Just go with the upgrade to the one you have. I am assuming you have the C270 so get the C920. It has better quality and a bit of focusing. Nothing super fancy but a nice upgrade for around $60.

If I am not mistake there is a model or two in between those. The C930e seems to be the best in terms of using online. I mean if this is what the OP wants.
