Animal Skins on Horses in Red Dead Redemption 2 Posted November 1, 2018 Had the same issue with alligator skin. Fixed mine by skinning 2 or more of the same animal. Then go into the satchel and select “discard all”(which only prompts if you have 2 or more of the same skin) like I said this worked for me. 1
