I am also having issues with blurred imagery and it is pretty bad when moving camera/view around. Jagged edges out of focus in the peripheral. It is enough to cause eye strain. I am on psp4 pro with a 1080p tv. Not even 4k or HDR and still having the same issues it seems. The game is absolutely great and i hate this is happening. I feel confident that Rockstar will have a fix Soon.
