Can you get the gold bars in single player mode from buying bars from Rockstar on the PSN network?

Well as the title says, I am curious if I buy some gold bars from the online store if I can use them in single player too? Is there any way for this to happen?

No.  And why would you want to?  It's quite easy to get money in story mode.

Yeah just get them in game. There is no reason to actually buy bars for the story. If out wallets converted everything over to online, then I am sure it would count but that is not the case. Don't waste your irl money.

Money is easy to make in single player. Everything you do earns cash.

I had a buddy who bought gold bars for single player. It did benefit him at the beginning but it was a waste of irl money. Once you get going, it is easy to earn. You may not be swimming in cash but you won't be struggling to get by.
