No notification comes up (e.g., press button x to go to compendium) when you get them and I've gotten quite a few. On a side note, I love how the gang reacts to some of the more amusing ones. The first time I heard that I thought I was hearing things. These small comments they added in the game pertaining to how you look are perfectly times and funny cause you just don't expect them.
