Need help installing mods. I'm lost...

I'm trying to get this trainer to work. And from what I can tell it should work, as long as the scripthook, asi loader that comes with the scripthook, and the mod itself are all in the main directory. Am I missing something? I can never wrap my head round mods and the instructions of most of these are absolutely horrid. This is the one I thought seemed straight forward enough, but I still can't seem to figure out how it works Any help is appreciated.https://9apps.ooo/
