FIXED! Took train to emerald station, stayed off horse, train left station, took train back to Annesberg, stayed off horse, while remaining on train platform, train left. not sure what fixed it but its now working.

I've been experimenting with free roam train robbery and getting very affluent at it I might add. and now I take the train to Annesberg or Riggs, and they just sit there indefinitely after they blow the whistle. i can get in the train and manually drive it myself, but my goal is to do it without bounty's. I have no save before this game breaking glitch and train robberies was the most fun i was having in the game so far. so any information greatly appreciated. thank you.
