DLC and special edition content content not working

Having the same issue... Bought the Special Edition on disc... added the redeem codes through PlayStation Store.. downloaded and installed, but nothing is showing up in game. No free horses in stable, no free guns or discounts and no outfits. Is there any update that Rockstar is looking into this glitch?
