Like everybody else, I purchased the special edition and I am not getting any of the items I'm supposed to. After over 2 hours of troubleshooting with Rockstar chat, and sending them multiple pictures for proof, they basically told me they can not do anything for me, and I need to contact the retailer whom I purchased it from, which is Amazon. I don't understand how it isn't their issue to deal with, but they refuse to do anything about it. I told them how unsatisfied I was and they didn't care at all. I've tried uninstalling everything, and of course that didn't work. Very frustrated with all of you guys. Let's hope they fix it.
