The shotgun from that list that is at #22 comes from a hermit that comes out of his house and shoots at you, not the devil hermit. I got it the other day. Upon further inspection of the article, number 22 and number 20 are talking about the same gun. 22 is a picture of the gun you get from the hermit shack, the name for #20 is the correct name and location but the picture is the default double barrel.
