I bought a brand new PS4 specifically for this game. It's the only thing I've installed on the system... RDR2 game and the Special Edition Add-On. I've played well into Chapter 2. The Volcanic Pistol is unlocked, but it's $150. The Nuevo Paraiso outfit and bonus Talisman are nowhere to be found in my wardrobe. And the Special Boosters or whatever are not showing in my Settings>General. I redeemed the code from my physical game case from GameStop, and downloaded the Add-On. But it keeps getting stuck at "Waiting to Install..." in my Downloads list. I've done all combinations of un/reinstalling the full game, deleting & redownloading Add-On, with the game open and without, restarting the PS4, restoring licenses on the system, rebooting in Safe Mode & verifying everything is updated to the latest, rebuilding the database, deactivating & reactivating the console as primary, loading a previous save file, having Arthur sleep and try the next day, E V E R Y T H I N G. I spent 5 straight hours (including ~an hour of reinstalling the game though) on web chat with Rockstar support (shout out to most unhelpful 'Marques'). He said it's not a problem with the redeemed code, and he doesn't know what else it could be, and I should contact Playstation support. HAS ANYONE been able to get this figured out? Or has anyone at least had the same "Waiting to Install..." issue? I've been googling it for two days and the only people I've found to have this issue were people posting before the game launched ~a month ago, and their issue was solved when the game unlocked. I know the bonus sh*t isn't even that cool but I paid $20 extra for it, I frickin want it! About to initialize my (again, BRAND NEW) PS4 and reinstall the game for a third time.
