So, I am having the same issue as others have had. Bought a physical copy of the PS4 special edition from GameStop. I am now in chapter 3. I have no access to the horse and the guns that should be free are not. I had entered the code and installed it. Contacted Rockstar and they told me some bs about me having to have ordered the digital copy by a certain date. That made no sense to me because I preordered a physical copy before the game came out. The code that was inside the box did not give me what I paid for. I also contacted GameStop, and they told me to contact Rockstar. But, if I paid for something I didn’t get shouldn’t that be on GameStop? I either want a code that works or the extra I paid for the special edition refunded to me. Seems reasonable. If they don’t make this right I won ever pay extra for anything ever again from them.
