In the player menu there are 10 undiscovered perks. I have all but the last one. What is it and how do i unlock it ?

Yes. I was referring to the gold medal requirement of not taking any health items. I dont use anything to replinish health, but have used chewing tobacco etc to refill deadeye, and will have all complete other than the health item

It says not to take any health items and i havent but still fail that objective. Im confused.
