DLC and special edition content content not working

I've been trying to find a solution to this forever, on PS4 i paid for the special edition and got to chapter 3 with everything missing, tried the few things i could find online, eventually i logged into my PSN account on my PC, went to download list and saw RDR2 Special edition content as an add on that did not download, select download and now its all there! hope this helps
