I have the same problem. Currently towards the end of chapter 6, all throughout the game I had all my dlc and all of a sudden I noticed my outfits disappeared and now the snake spurs are gone. I'm currently on the Vet's horse so I don't know what else it wrong but I cannot find any way to fix it.
