Thanks for sharing it, we need this to be spread out into the community so that Rockstar can fix this. When it happens to me the entirety of the thieves landing has identical NPCs but it seems the glitch only happens in thieves landing, so far it's happen to me about three times.

I'm guessing that means it doesn't happen to you? And yeah I'll be sure to screenshot it and record it but I did just attempt to do a bug report without a screenshot but an error kept stopping me from sending it.

I keep getting this glitch for random stranger events where you have to drop a stranger to a location. The glitch being the locations you drop strangers at are fulled with civilians who all look the same each time. Does this glitch happen to any of you and do Rockstar know about this glitch so they can fix it?
