Im on in the evenings if you ever wanna play!

Every time I start up the mission we get up to the part where we have to move a volunteer. And I every time I try to place them somewhere it never registers. I give up and some one else tries and they can’t get it either and we all just wind up quitting. It’s happened 3 times. Is this a super common problem?
