OK, new info for the mouse fix. This fix put up on Reddit by kingdom9214 https://www.reddit.com/r/reddeadredemption/comments/dwhc6b/epic_store_mouse_cursor_fix_for_new_114_patch/ fixes the mouse issue for people who are running the RDR2 game through Epic.

The game worked fine for the first 15 hours then it crashed. when I restarted the game I had the mouse on screen all time issue. After looking around all day I found this and it worked for me. Turn on mouse pointer trails. All the people I found doing this say to make the mouse trails long but I found setting them to short worked as well for me. That way you can leave them on all the time and you wont go crazy looking at them on desktop. After you set this you will have to use the back space, arrow keys and enter key to navigate the menus in game.
