I’m tying to locate perfect moose pelts. I’ve only been able to locate a two star moose at Cairn Lake. Where I can I find more moose?

I’m showing 13 of 15 fish caught. I know I haven’t caught the Channel Catfish, which will make #14. However, my progress shows all the other fish. How, or what, is the best way to know which one I am missing, without having to go catch them all again?
