I'm finally able to log in after deleting local profile, Give it another try.

I'm having the same problem. All my stats are gone on social club and says it's pre-purchased instead of play game. I've been playing since release from rockstar( I don't have the steam version).

Just wanted to give an update on my ban. I couldn't get a refund so I decided to play story mode until then. Got my ban lifted on 12/20. Started the game at reset level,but I had my 105 gold. I was really worried about the gold mostly and I got it all back. Needless to say I won't be starting any random posses in the near future. Thanks for the help everyone.

From my understanding you only have to have a couple feathers and you can spam donate them. I'm not really sure how it works that's what i heard. It should be tied to the player donating but it's tied to your camp so you get the ban.

I'm glad you got a refund I tried and kept getting denied... I suppose I can try for a charge back to my bank account considering I didn't break their EULA the other player did, but it's not worth the hassle to me. Makes me a bit bitter towards Rockstar for letting this happen and not even trying to hear me out.

I did talk to a tech last night it just fell on deaf ears.

Unfortunately I can't reply to the email and it's impossible to get a hold of them. Telling me I'm banned and then giving me a copy of their EULA doesn't help me understand what the ban was about. I'll probably never no and all I can do is speculate. Never had this issue with GTA 5 or any other online game for that matter. You don't know I'm being honest or dishonest I get that, but I wouldn't be on here trying to figure out why I got banned. Oh well, I guess I'll wait a month and hope and pray I don't get banned again with no explanation other than a copy of the EULA sent to me and basically telling me see you in a month.....

I definitely have no mods. The only thing I could think of is a temporary posse member donated a huge amount of feathers to my camp, but that was out of my control. Maybe I was exploiting the bandit hideout unkowingly, because I didn't kill the leader right away and was killing the waves of bandits. I just Wish they were more specific in the email so i know not what to do in the future. It's a bunch of crap. I never cheated in any game. 80 dollars down the drain.. Also when my account gets reinstated does that mean they are going to take my gold bars that I purchased through their store? Seems like thievery to me.

So I was doing a hideout clearing and got a message in mid fight with an NPC that I am banned till December 20th. I don't use mods, wouldn't know how to anyways. I got an email from Rockstar saying I violated the EULA but doesn't really give me an explanation for the ban. Is there anyway to contact Rockstar and get my online account reinstated? This is bullsh*t.
