  1. Yes, working hard on it :( Not a easy fix. They have just enough info to go to online chat and change my email to their email. They then change the password and bam, we have no access until we contact help to switch it back. They have also activated their machine as the primary and can go in and turn the 2 step verification off on the secondary. You have to be at Sony's mercy to help you though and they still haven't responded to the "ticket" I submitted. From what I have read its hit and miss if they will even take the "primary" one off because it hasn't been 6 months.
  2. Yes, we have gained control of the account long enough to download it onto his PS4 and he is a few hours into the game. Now, my husband also owns the disc set, but we didn't know if we threw the disk in, if my son would be able to access his already saved game that was saved off the downloaded copy. We are not very techy...but we are sure learning.
  3. So...someone keeps compromising my account. While I work through this with Sony (nightmare so far) I have a question. Its a digital copy that I downloaded to my machine. If I get locked out of my account over night when chat is not open, can I still play this game? I was unsure how to do this without logging into the PSN. Thanks in advance, this has been a mess :S
