I was in the tailor in Blackwater and heard shooting outside. Went out to check and a player named ([removed]) was riding my horse. So I whistle to see if it will come back to me. Then bullets start flying, I try to go back into the Tailor but it wont let me and the Law are shooting at me. Then I get a warning that I'm WANTED and get a bounty. I never fired a shot or attacked anyone. How does this happen??

I'm playing rdr2 online with pc. I dont get this. I have stolen many different 2 wheel, 4 wheel carts and wagons. Open backed, closed back and covered. Paid the bounty. But no matter what I do not get an option to load my kills into them. What am I missing??

I saw that you can jump on an NPC with a cart, push him off and steal his cart. I'm a hunter /trader. So whether you steal a cart or buy a wagon, can a real player steal my parked cart /goods while I'm off gathering more animals to put in it?
