I think this is a bug. I’m experiencing same thing. Theres one boar pelt on the back of my horseback I can’t shake. Tried the suggestions above like hunting another large animal then selling it at the butcher; carcass, pelt and all, but that one boar pelt still remains. Removing the Saddle removes the pelt, but putting the saddle back on re-adds the pelt Things ive tried: - removing saddle, putting saddle back on - stabling horse, saddling different horse (pelt just gets transferred to the back of current horse) - buying new saddle (pelt gets transferred to new saddle and current horse) This is extremely maddening
