Hey, so I figured out the issue by testing and you’ll hate the results but your controller is probably busted, I had the same issue as you did. You can switch the control schemes to test for yourself by going to controls and switching it to a different layout (example, if you use standard FPS, use Southpaw). This can also affect shotguns, bows, and lassoing so it’s a good idea to check. Rockstar Games uses pretty sensitive controller schemes when making their games so most likely you’ll need a new controller. Hope I was able to help!
