disabling v synch fmma mma everything but it stil continues..

hello there, my gpu temperature is okay drivers are up-to-date everything is fine with every other game. but RDR2 is just giving me random colors flickering at the bottom of my screen any idea how to fix this? if i try to record it, it isn't visible on the video tho https://youtu.be/wqyleu9C8j0
