I think i have just found a way to remove it. Go hunting and collect 3 or 4 pelts then go back to camp and sell them, when i did that it seemed to take away the glitched one, I didnt get anything for it but at least it's gone. I removed the saddle and put it back, it still appears to be gone so try it out and let me know👍

same thing has happened to me with Alligator Skin, I have done everything from try to sell it to switching horse and it is still there. Im hoping the next patch fixes it becuase it is seriously annoying.
