I bought the Special Edition when Red Dead first released on disc. Entered my codes on my PS4 so those items are tied to my account. If I were to buy just the Base game digital to be able to play without the disc, will my Special Edition items still be available since the code was already on my account?

I was thinking about buying Red dead 2 for PC. I have it on PS4 and have been playing online. Since the info is stored on Rockstar servers, is there a way to log into that account on PC so I don't have to start over?
