I know I need to complete "Paying a Social Call", which I did (at least I think I did), but I can't figure out how to unlock "Pouring Forth Oil", even though I have completed 10 missions in Chapter 2. Do I have to rescue Javier Escuella before I can move on ? Please help, as I am tired of shooting deer (for the moment, I don't think I can ever actually get tired of that)
