So i play PC and i am having this same problem, i cant open coin maps or any map that requires a shovel or metal detector. I have tried everything and nothing works, when i try and look on the Jean ropke map (https://jeanropke.github.io/RDR2CollectorsMap/) and go to a location where a coin,necklace or family heirloom is supposed to be my metal detector does not make any noise or give me the prompt to dig anything up. if i go to the location of something that only requires a shovel and not a metal doctor, i can see the dirt pile but the game does not give me an option to actually dig anything up.
Just a side note, i am level 189 i am also level 20 in collector role
the error message i get when i try and open any collector maps is as follows "This map is unable to locate any collectibles at this time. you may need to earn a higher collector rank to unlock more map locations"
any solutions would be GREATLY appreciated:)
