VANightingale

This started happening to me two weeks ago. Both my level 276 and 111 are broken. Both maxed collector roles. Any collectible that is dirt, eggs, or flowers I cant get. My collector maps dont work either. I bought one of each. Im on Xbox. Gamer tags are VANightingale and Hi Men Hole. Add me, wouldnt mind talking to another person going through it. Ive restarted my Xbox, cleared data, even deleted my profile and redownloaded them. There is No way to fix this. Shovel, metal detector and maps are broken. Even friends cant dig up items for me that happen to be in boxes.
