I was so happy when I saw the patch notes mentioning that the framerate drop has been fixed. Same day I start up RDR2 and I didn’t noticed any difference in comparison before the patch. I am very disapointent by Rockstar. I hoped they fixed the framrate drop in the towns but I still have the same issue. Has anybody else mentioned a difference after the patch with the framerate drops in towns?

I really think this is a bug. I have the same problem. It only works when you switch your control settings to alternate so you can fire with R1. I heard people say that most likely your R2 button is a little bit broken and can't feel the difference between light and heavy pushing. I think this is BS because a lot of people have this issue. Hope Rockstar fix this problem of duelling because it's starting to get annoying.

I have the same issue when I am entering a busy town. The game is struggling when you are with a lot of people in a small place.The frame drop happens to me in Valentine but also sometimes in camp when everybody is there. Hope Rockstar have noticed it so it can be fixed very soon. The game is absolutely beautiful but the frame drop is my only issue
