Anyone experienced the glitch where animal can be studied but not getting updated in the compendium? I tried studying a rabbit and a bear but it didn't get updated in the compendium. I even tried killing the bear, but when I went near to the body, it didn't show me the option to skin it. If someone came across the issue and have any answers on how it can be fixed will be helpful.
