Hello, I have this problem and for 2 weeks now I am trying to solve it and its getting annoying. I have tried the following solutions:
No non-latin characters in any path whatsoever
No antivirus
Lower graphic settings
Clean reinstall of the game
Disable real time protection, Cloud Delivered Protection, Tamper protection, Ransomware protection
Windows update
Set LauncherPatcher.exe, PlayRDR2.exe, RDR2.exe, RockstarService.exe, as admin
Reinstall Rockstar Game Launcher
Also, the partition where RDR2 and Rockstar is installed have 181GB free space.
