Isn't making a solo/private lobby also considered modding? Doesn't Rockstar ban for this? I've heard of people getting banned for this. Honestly, the fact that rockstar don't have a private session lobby for RDO like they do in GTA V completely baffles my mind. I come across hackers who ruin it for me in EVERY single online lobby I am in. And I mean every single lobby. It's completely ruined the online experience. Such a shame because it's such a great game.
