Chick's treasure... help!

Well it’s 2025 and I still can’t get get Chick’s treasure from the dang tree hole. I guess a fix never came out? 🤷♂️ I also tried the Jack Hall Gang 2 treasure as well and no bueno. Searched all around the rock but nothing. I guess none of the treasures load for me. I’m wondering if they just don’t work while in the epilogue as John? Idk 🤷♂️
