No, they are gone! Not at horse storage. I played over 20 hours now and the problem is only with this mission. Any ideas?

I got a problem when doing the mission where I have to arrest Benedict Allbright (First bounty mission 2. chapter at sheriff in Valentine). Everytime I lose some of my weapons after that mission. I tried 4 times now and everytime some weapons are gone. Did you know about this problem?
