  1. When you open the game in 1080p it stays in 1080p no matter what you change whilst the game is still running. The HDR has been proven to be "fake" I don't see a fix happening for HDR because RDR2 was made with SDR being the priority. I'm seeing alot of the same information posted from you that isn't helping anybody and rants that go on and on for pages.
  2. The blur in cutscenes is more depth of field if you're talking about the focus being on the characters in the scenes or the action instead of the surroundings, trees, people and buildings, etc. That's more of artistic choice and also seen in movies.
  3. Hey dude I watched your video and noticed you have the follow camera on. If you go to settings > Camera > Camera Follow and turn it to OFF or Minimal I made videos to show the difference. I hope this helps you or anybody else who watches it, I much prefer this setting off and to adjust the camera myself when its needed.
  4. Yeah man i'd hold out for the PC version if i were you instead of buying a Xbox One X, its really not worth it for for one game and it is most likely going to come to PC in a year or so. Plenty of stuff releasing next year to play instead of RDR2 also. I would love for them to patch some visual options in and fix the upscaling in 4k mode but I just don't see that happening with Red Dead Online being the main focus for them right now.
  5. The fact that this managed to make it into the full version of the game then i don't know if i should be surprised about the issues with the 4k mode on pro or the lack of options for the visual effects. I am surprised that nothing bug related hasn't been acknowledged by Rockstar though.
  6. I have done this resolution switch myself and took screenshots before and after there is no difference to me and it does nothing for the aggressive motion blur that happens when barely moving the camera or running around in a forest.
  7. I hadn't noticed how bad it was in RDR2 till i started hunting. its just so bad that i cant even enjoy playing it at the moment, feels like i'm constantly playing catch up with my eyes to focus
  8. Hello. I also made a video with motion blur happening with camera movement. So I contacted support with the video and was given a somewhat generic reply but they actually acknowledged it to some degree and mentioned as of now there is no option to change the depth of field and they would be forwarding it to the concerned team.
