I have yet to hear back from R* support about anything. XBOX Support however did say they would refund me the $100 and then I can purchase all over again. Not sure what I want to do. At this point as long as I get the online multiplayer bonuses IDGAF, but I also will not be preordering an ultimate edition of anything from these assholes ever again!!

I saw one thread where someone was having this issue too. I bought the ultimate edition of the game a month before release date and am well into chapter 2 with no sign of a new horse that is free or nay free guns. Also the character outfits are not there! Not happy right now.

I’m having the exact same issue. I preordered over a month before the release and purchased the ultimate edition. I have reinstalled the game and add-ons and have had no luck getting to purchase my war horse or find any free guns or new outfits! Pretty pissed off tbh.
