Jammersmith

I’m in chapter 6, and when going through and checking the quest log I noticed some blanks, in chapter 4 and five I somehow missed a couple of missions. I have the ability to go back and replay missions I completed but how do I pick up these missions that I missed? Do I have to start over and do a complete re-play? Also, spoilers here,
